John O'Gorman - Managing Director

John is the founding Director and Managing Director of ICMG.

Before establishing ICMG, John had extensive experience with Arrow International as a Project Manager on major refurbishment and infrastructure projects. Prior to this, John worked on large residential and retail developments at Abi Group.

John is responsible for all national operations, and has a wealth of management and financial skills. His focus is ensuring client satisfaction, company and project performance and the future growth of ICMG. John has an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Building) from the Sydney Institute of Technology. 



Paul Attard - National Business Development Director

Paul is responsible for the business and strategic development of ICMG. Most recently, Paul was a founding Director of Ronin Partnerships, a global real estate fund manager. Ronin Partnerships was 50% purchased by the ASX listed AMP Office Trust thus creating the Ronin Property Trust.

Prior to this Paul was the sole founder of Built Pty Ltd, established in 1993 as a construction management, refurbishment and fit-out company. Paul created a business known for high quality, cutting edge and technically demanding work in the office fit-out and refurbishment, hospitality, medical and retail markets. Paul sold out of Built in 2001.

Paul has chaired the Property Council of Australia (PCA), Marketing and Membership and Future Directions committees. He has sat on the PCA National Public Affairs committee, the PCA NSW Executive and the Board of Advisors of the Property Industry Foundation.



Carl Duggan - General Manager

Carl brings to the team more than 25 years of construction industry experience. Carl specialises in Value Management facilitation and Operational Management Strategies with a client and stakeholder focus. Prior to joining ICMG Carl was the National Operations Manager of Built for over 10 years.

Carl is a chartered engineer, receiving First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Engineering at UTS and has delivered projects up to $130 million.



Greg Fox - National Construction Manager

Greg has over fifteen years construction industry experience and is the National Construction Manager for ICMG.

Greg's role is to lead ICMG's project teams in working with architects, designers and consultants to make sure buildability issues are presented upfront, programming and methodologies of each project are detailed and project environments and clients are managed proficiently.

Greg is a Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction awards winner. Greg holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Building), has undertaken a Middle Managers Programme at the Australian Graduate School of Management and has completed an OH&S Risk Management Course with the Master Builders Association. Prior to joining ICMG Greg worked at Overbury in the UK for 2 years and worked at Built Pty Ltd for 10 years, working across major refurbishment and fit-out projects up to $40M.

 



George Ajjaka - Associate Director

George joined ICMG in 2004 as a Project Manager. His construction knowledge and experience along with his communication skills and empathy provided a clear path to his promotion to Associate Director.

George is currently on secondment to Miller St Partners delivering construction management of discrete private mandates.

Prior to joining ICMG George worked with Meridian Construction Services on hotel refurbishments and new builds. He also worked for Consolidated Constructions on major construction projects.



Graeme Carter - National Safety Officer

Graeme has over thirty five years construction industry experience and is ICMG's National Safety Officer.

Graeme's role is to ensure ICMG complies with all current OH&S legislation, making sure our accredited Occupational Health & Safety Management System is in compliance with the requirements of AS/NZS 4601:2001. Graeme conducts audits of all sites monthly & reports to management. Graeme deals with resolving all safety matters as communicated by ICMG staff through an open door communication policy.

Graeme has a carpentry trade background, holds a NSW builders license and a qualified supervisors license. Graeme Carter has fulfilled all requirements of the Master Builders Association Introductory Course in Risk Management and is completing further courses in OH&S Consultation. His hands on experience across all projects has given Graeme a grounded view to Occupational Health and Safety.

Prior to joining ICMG in 2007, Graeme worked at InVogue Projects Group overseeing Regional NSW Projects and worked at Eastpoint Constructions.
