To Whom It May Concern,
This is to confirm that Project Architecture has worked with Integrated Construction Management Group in our capacity as architects on the Pengana office fit-out of Level 29, 20 Bond Street, Sydney.
ICMG delivered the project in the capacity of head contractor.
We found them to be very diligent in their works. Their staff manged all aspects of the project, including services, and finishes trades and works, and coordinated with consultants and building management. We also found that their subcontractors carried out works to a high standard.
The project was fast track and ICMG delievered on time, within budget and to our and the client's satisfaction. No other head contractor who tendered for the works was able to deliver a quality product within the available time period.
