This letter serves to endorse the services of ICMG.
The Gallery, acting as Project Management Consultants on behalf of Arab Bank Australia Limited, engaged the services of ICMG as principal building contractors for the refurbishment of the bank's latest retail branch at 236 Macquarie Street, Liverpool.
The project involved significant demolition works as well as new concrete construction and the use of steel support beams.
ICMG added significant value to the process by detecting serveral inadequacies in the original engineering plans, which were consequently rectified by the engineering consultant. The steel beam construction was reasonably involved and had to accomodate both new and existing structures.
The concrete construction included a new hob to the entrance, a new staircase and filling in a section of the first floor slab.
ICMG handled all aspects of the project in a timely and professional manner, and have subsequently been asked to retain the role of head contracting for new retail fit-outs and refurbishmentsfor Arab Bank Australia moving forward.
