We write this reference for ICMG who we employed as head contractors for the complete refurbishment of our offices at L11 and L11A, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne.
The project was a two stage process over two floors. ICMG managed the relocation of our staff and worksations. Our staff were fully productive with the down tim during this period of work.
This was achieved through forward project planning, good anticipation of our needs and eraly and consice communication.
We were occupying the office throughout the entire staged refurbishment. Theis was a very demandinng process. ICMG handled this with the utmost professionalism and care.
The project was delivered within our expected time frame and we were very happy with the way ICMG partnered us in achieving our fit-out, build and move.
We contracted ICMG very late in our program and were worried if we would be left without offices for a period of time as we had to exit our current premises.
We would happily reccomend ICMG as a trusted partner for someone's fit-out and move. With open and honest communication between both parties the job will be a great success.
