Gray Puksand has worked closely with ICMG on a number of commercial projects in the past few years, including the recently completed 3,700m² contact centre for St George Bank at 75 George Street, Parramatta NSW. Gray Puksand is a leading architectural and interior design firm who specialises in quality workspace projects. Critical to the success of any architectural/interiors project is a successful team, which in this case included the client (St George Bank), Project Manager(Coffey Projects), other consultants and the Construction Manager, ICMG. A critical part of the Bank’s customer contact platform, it was imperative that this call centre, containing approximately 400 staff, was delivered to the required standard, and on time. ICMG’s role was critical in that, as design issues arose throughout the construction phase, ICMG professionally ensured that these were resolved with all parties and co-ordinated into the programme. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship, which faithfully followed the agreed design. ICMG also successfully managed a number of separate contracts on site, which involved additional work being carried out to ensure deadlines were met. Their performance was endorsed at the recent official opening, where the acting CEO Mr Paul Fegan opened the contact centre and praised the efforts of all involved, including ICMG. We have been extremely pleased with the performance of ICMG in this project and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
