Cellarmasters appointed ICMG as head contractors for the fit-out of our new National Head Office & Call Centre at 26 Waterloo St, Surry Hills. After a competitive tender process, ICMG were awarded the project based on their fast tracked programming and detailed methodology taking into account our need for staged occupation.
The project duration was 10 weeks and despite numerous unforeseen delays the ICMG project team still managed to deliver the project on time and allow Cellarmasters to have a smooth transition from our previous premises.
ICMG provided clear communication, transparency and the flexibility that we required through the construction management process. The ICMG team were understanding of our needs and their flexible approach enabled the design to evolve whilst adhering to our budgetary constraints.
We are delighted with our new office and would have no hesitation in using ICMG on our next project or recommending ICMG for any specialized interior fit-out projects.
