Refurbishment and Make Good
ICMG has extensive experience in the management of base building and services up-grades both in unoccupied and occupied buildings through staging with minimal disruption to the tenant’s business and employees.
We work closely with our clients, asset and building managers, architects and consultants to develop project planning to ensure the maximisation of asset potential and that the needs and requirements of building owners, tenants and employees are met.
ICMG have also successfully completed numerous refurbishments of existing buildings for strata title.
We have a team oriented approach with open channels of communication and our project managers are aware that co-operation is essential to achieve client satisfaction and desired outcomes.
Health Care
ICMG have repeat clients in health care refurbishment and fit-out, encompassing consulting, surgical, aged care, dental and laboratory projects.
These projects require extreme sensitivity, hygiene and programme considerations and are often staged and occupied refurbishments. Health care projects also fall within stringent BCA and other statutory guidelines.
Retail
ICMG have undertaken retail centre refurbishments, whilst still operational and other specialised banking, fashion, jewellery and food outlets.
The successful refurbishment and fit-out of retail centres relies on retaining existing customer flow through minimal impact on the operations of individual tenancies.
In essence, construction must be unseen and unheard whilst being fast tracked and maintaining standards of safety, efficiency and cleanliness on site.

ICMG has experience in hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We have an understanding of the food and beverage requirements and the extensive services required for these projects coupled with high end design, fast track programmes and working in sensitive and occupied environments.
